There is an immediate need for ongoing sponsors who will help us support and love the orphaned children who have come to live in the HOGAR DE AMOR, our modern children’s home which has been generously made available to us by The Lisa Lopes Foundation. The HHK GRANDMA’S KIDS and new El Porvenir Kinder program run by Charlie and Amalia Kirkhum identifies family groups at risk and provides material, nutritional and emotional support to the caregivers. Sponsoring a Grandma's Family or supporting the kinder helps the kids to stay in school and the family units to stay intact. The kinder will provide daycare for younger children who would otherwise be unsupervised as well as enrichment programs for older kids after school.
