High School Students

We have 18 high school students who need sponsorship. They all recently graduated from Jr. High and we want to send them to a private high school higher up in the mountains. It is called the Instituto El Rey in Rio Viejo, about 40 minutes up the dirt road past the Jungle School.They have a computer lab, teach English as part of the curriculum, and teach Christian values. With so many teacher strikes in Honduras, the kids lose up to 2-3 months of school instruction each year in public schools and high schools. This will give them the opportunity to go to school and not lose academic class time and have a real chance in life that many other children do not have.
